Delivery Options

You are welcome to collect your order from our retail store once you have received confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
OR
We can deliver your order using our preferred couriers anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery Fees

We offer FREE standard delivery to all major centres within South Africa.

Remote locations will be confirmed once your order has been placed.

 

Delivery Time Frames

We know that once you have placed your order, you want your order delivered as soon as possible.  We will do all we can to make it happen!

Should we not have stock in store of the particular item you are looking for, we work closely with our suppliers in order to have the product delivered directly to you from their warehouse if that means you will get the product faster.

Items in-stock in our retail store will be processed within 24 hours, but may take a bit longer if we have to source stock from our suppliers.

Once parcels have been collected from us the courier deliveries are based your location and the frequency at which the area is serviced. Generally, most national centres are serviced within 48 business hours once your order has been handed over to our shipping partners.  Some outlying areas can take up to 72 hours or longer.

Oversize / Hazardous Items

Oversize, heavy, or hazardous items will be shipped via Road services only and may be subject to an additional delivery surcharge and/or may take a short while longer to reach the delivery destination.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been packaged and ready to ship, we will create a waybill and email you a copy thereof. The waybill number can be used to track your parcel.

You may click on the Track My Order link or you may go directly to the courier’s website and track your parcel from there.

We utilise a number of different couriers to optimise the rate and service options to a particular destination.

Changes and Cancellations

Once your order has been dispatched, any changes such as intercepts and address changes may not be possible depending on where the order currently is.

If you want to cancel prior to dispatch, act quickly! We turn around and process orders very fast.

Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is “Processing”, “Pending Payment” or “On Hold”. Once an order has a status of “Completed” it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed and is in the queue to be shipped out.
