Need to cancel your order?

Orders can be cancelled only while their status is “Processing”, “Pending Payment” or “On Hold”. Once an order has a status of “Completed” it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed and is in the queue to be shipped out.

Once your order has been cancelled successfully, we will process a refund according to your original payment method.

Unwanted Items

Chosen something you don’t like, or it doesn’t fit?  No problem – just return the new, unused, and unaltered item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the original item price (shipping costs excluded).

Did we supply the incorrect product?

Great Scott…. We do apologise for this mishap!

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will gladly arrange to uplift the incorrectly supplied item/s and replace with the correct item/s, without any charges to you.

The item/s returned must still be in a “New, Unused & Unaltered state” and must be properly packaged for shipping so as not to incur any damages. Any items returned in a damaged or altered state will not be accepted as returned stock.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We will gladly exchange / return unwanted items however it must be in a resaleable condition – new , unused and unaltered – items must be in their new and original condition, including all original boxes, packaging material, tags, manuals, promotional materials etc.

Any items which indicate signs of use (e.g. wear, bugs, dirt, odours, hairs, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.  As such, we highly recommend that you try on your new helmet indoors or try out your new boots by walking on a soft surface as any gear that has been taken for a “test-ride” is considered used and may not be returned.

  • Helmets and Gear must be in their original packaging and outersleeves to prevent scuffing or soiling during transport.
  • Electronic goods cannot be returned unless they are in their original sealed packaging.
  • Lubricants, chemicals and any products where the original seal is removed or damaged cannot be returned.

  2. Package and label items carefully before they are sent back.  Please use a seperate outer box – not the original manufacturer’s box!
  3. Once we have given you the thumbs up, please return the item/s to our store.  Shipping costs are for your account.  Please keep track of your item during its routing to us – Sprocket Sport is not responsible for packages lost when returned. 
  4. Once we have received and reviewed the items you will be notified and we will process your refund according to your original payment method.

Defects & Warranty Policy

All warranties are covered through the manufacturer.  Each manufacturer has their own warranty policy and criteria.

Warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the manufacturer’s policies and discretion. 

  1. Give us a shout before sending the items back.
  2. Package and label items carefully before they are sent back.  Please use a seperate outer box – not the original manufacturer’s box!
  3. Once we have given you the thumbs up, please return the item/s to our store.  Shipping costs are for your account.  Please keep track of your item during its routing to us – Sprocket Sport is not responsible for packages lost when returned. 
  4. The items will be inspected and a warranty decision given by the manufacturer.
