Excellent customer service from buying off their online store. After purchasing a few items off their online store.1 item was not in stock. Tanya contacted me via whatsapp to show me an alternative product or discuss a refund. I gladly took the alternative product because of the quality products sprocket sport sells. My address was doubled checked & my items were booked with the courier service within minutes of my purchase. I will definitely support sprocket sport again. Thank you for the service.

I found Sprocket Sport (located in KZN) while looking for a specific hydration pack online. Their price was surprisingly 30% cheaper than all the shops and online stores I could find that had stock of the hydration pack. I placed the order on Monday PM. Their online shopping portal is simple and effective. By Tuesday AM Tanya sent me a WhatsApp to acknowledge receipt of the order. By Thursday AM the package arrived in CPT. The product was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Tanya and thank you Sprocket Sport. Please support them, their customer service is great and hopefully you too won't regret it.
