As we have kept to a single fixed rate structure, we utilise the most cost effective delivery method based on the volumetric size and destination of your order. We don’t deliver the same day, on weekends or public holidays as a rule of thumb but you are welcome to chat to us if you need your order expedited quicker.

Yes you may. We offer a great, 30-day no hassle return policy. Simply get in touch with us to return your new, unused and unaltered order. Some exceptions apply, but we will do our best to accomodate you.
Yes, but only if the order has not yet been shipped from our side. If the order has been shipped, you will need to wait for the items to arrive at your delivery address before submitting a return.
