Delivery Information

What delivery methods are available?

As we have kept to a single fixed rate structure, we utilise the most cost effective delivery method based on the volumetric size and destination of your order.

We don’t deliver the same day, on weekends or public holidays as a rule of thumb but you are welcome to chat to us if you need your order expedited quicker.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within South Africa.

How much is delivery?

Our deliveries are free!

How long will my order take to deliver?

This depends on stock availability and your delivery address.  Items in stock to major centres can arrive within 24 to 48 hours from the order being placed.

Payment Information

What payments methods are available?

We accept a number of payment types. PayFast is used to allow card based transactions, Instant EFT, Zapper and Masterpass. We also accept traditional EFTs, but this may delay your order while we wait for funds to show.

Do you offer discounts?

As a general rule we don’t. Our pricing is competitive and structured to keep us in the game!

Orders And Returns

How do I return or exchange an item?

We offer a great, 30-day no hassle return policy.  Simply get in touch with us to return your new, unused and unaltered order. Some exceptions apply, but we will do our best to accomodate you.

How do I cancel an order?

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order leaving our hands.  Please do so early, as once the order has left us we can only facilitate a return.
